What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?

Fresh lookups pause until your next monthly reset. Cached lookups, your history, your wordbank, and every study mode keep working. Nothing you saved is hidden or deleted.

Why are connections part of Double Scoop?

Cross-language connections are the deepest and most expensive part of the product—and the reason Polygelato exists. The free plan proves the multi-language workflow; the paid plan unlocks the insight layer.

Will I be charged for joining early access?

No. The early-access form only records your email so we can tell you when accounts and billing open. There is no payment field and the live application cannot charge a card today.

Can I cancel later?

Yes. Once billing opens, subscriptions will be month-to-month and cancellable from settings. Moving back to Scoop will never lock your history, wordbank, export, or study queue.

Why is the Korean price different from a currency conversion?

₩16,900 is the planned Korea launch price and already includes 10% VAT. The $12 figure is the planned international monthly price; payment availability will depend on the launch region.
